Continue ReadingGlobally we are all experiencing lockdown in some way or another. It's certainly a weird time for most of us and worrying as well. I feel privileged to be able to stay at home with my husband but of course, at times I have my down days and anxious moments. Over the past 2 weeks, I have stayed as proactive as possible and worked on lots of creative things. Keeping busy has really helped my mental health and has given my days purpose, making them more positive overall.
