Good evening, today has been yet another one full of up’s and downs. I started the morning well, going out with my boyfriend and family to look for house decor, as my sister has just landed her very first house, exciting! The afternoon was lovely, spending more time with my family has been great lately. As the evening dawned, so did the bad mood. I have tired to stay positive but the job hunt is really starting to ware on me. I wish I could live in London, get an internship or a job for a magazine, I wouldn’t even care if it meant I had to do an evening cleaning job or something, just wish things were easier. Now I have to apply for jobs in Portsmouth that aren’t ideal, when all I strive for in life is to wake up and be creative whatever way I can.

Mint green cross blouse – 15th Lane
Skirt – Topshop
Jacket – Sheinside
Black heels – Newlook
Collar clips – Thrifted (clip on earrings)
I will stop moaning away now though because I know it is tiring to read! One thing that keeps me going is my blog, I love being able to write posts and take photos for you all, you don’t understand quite how much your comments and support means to me. So thank you for always giving me your feedback.
As for today’s outfit, I am styling a rather delightful blouse from 15th Lane. A small store online with some great key items, mainly tops, shirts and blouses but striking pieces with a personality of their own. This one was a treat to my eyes when I saw it as I love the colour mint right now, I just can’t get enough! I wasn’t sure at first with the cross design but I though I would give it a go, it meant I could accessories with gold jewelry and it looks fitting. I have tucked the shirt into my topshop pleated skirt that I wear a lot, although it is oversized and will look amazing over tight jeans and heels.
