Back again with another post exploring London, my home city! This time I went along to the Tate Modern with my boyfriend’s parents and brother, for a casual stroll around the Tate and the surrounding area. This part of London always leaves me a bit speechless at its industrial beauty, I love the views and the architecture as it weirdly always makes me excited knowing I live here! It’s great when fulfilling a dream to move somewhere and then remembering that feeling of awe you have over a place
My style and outfit today (and a lot recently) has been a lot more minimalistic. I think it is goodbye girlie pastel colours that I used to adorn my blog posts with and am now opting for a more mature style. I have learnt recently that change is a good thing and i’m trying to embrace it and learn what style suits my body shape again. However I do still love feminine pretty things in girly prints! This shirt dress with tie up belt is perfect for me whilst I find out my personal style again, its a total bargain Dorothy Perkins number, c/o House of Fraser. I can see myself getting a lot of wear from this. For a sunny yet fresh end of summer day, I decided a light jacket and scarf were the ideal additions. What do you think of this dress, outfit and visiting the Tate? Let me know in the comments! 🙂
